Shipping & Returns
Delivery information
We offer free standard delivery for all orders from £100.00. The actual shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times are normally 3-5 working days. Most orders are packaged the same day or the day after your order is placed. If we cannot deliver your item(s) for any reason, we will contact you. In such cases you have the right to cancel the purchase without charge. See our complete Shipping policy.
Returns
We offer free 30-day returns on all products (exceptions apply). As soon as a return has been handled by us, a refund will be made to the payment method you used at the time of ordering within 14 calendar days from the time you became entitled to a refund. If you ordered and paid for your order with a credit card, we will refund the money to the card. See our complete Returns policy.
